In 1931 due to close comet 55P backgroud maximum at 6 UT 17 November is expected to be very strong - together with activity from 1466 and 1899 trails it can reach 60-70 meteors on ZHR scale. Also these trails will significantly increase average meteor brightness. However the first encounter with trail will happen at 20 UT 16 November - some bright meteors can be produced by 1001 trail. But the main peak will be perhaps connected with 1499 trail. It should occur at 9 Ut 17 November and its intensity will probably reach 100-150 meteors on ZHR scale with high share of bright meteors.

In 1932 traditional maximum of medium intensity is expected, but having in mind close comet 55P it can reach 40-50 meteors on ZHR scale. Also during traditional maximum some share of bright meteors can be given by 1899 trail. One more enhancement of equal or even surpassing strength will probably occur at 13-14 Ut 17 November. Its intensity will be 50-70 meteors on ZHR scale, meteor brightness is average.
